Mr. Stephen Chang
Mr. Chang, a certified public accountant, joined Ernst & Young Hong Kong in 1976 and retired as the Deputy Chairman of Ernst & Young Hong Kong SAR and Mainland China in 2003.
 
Mrs. Ruby Leung
Mrs. Leung, a certified public accountant, joined KPMG Hong Kong in 1978 and retired as an audit partner in 2006.
 
Mr. Albert Li
Mr. Li, a certified public accountant, joined KPMG Hong Kong in 1973 and retired as an audit partner and a technical partner in 2003.
 

Honorary Advisers are appointed by the Council to provide advice to the Council and the Audit Investigation Board on investigation cases. They are distinguished and reputable individuals in the accountancy profession with exceptional expertise in auditing.
