Mr. Chan is the vice president (China) - finance of Minmetals Resources Limited. He was the past president of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants Hong Kong in 2007/08 and is currently serving as a member of the Professional Development Sub-committee and the Student Affairs Sub-committee.

Mr. Chan is a partner of Chan and Chan Certified Public Accountants and a director of Kreston CAC CPA Limited.

Mrs. Lau, a certified public accountant, is a partner in charge of tax services, Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, KPMG China.

Mr. Lau has over 25 years of experience in corporate finance, financial consulting and management, accounting and auditing arenas. He is currently providing consultation service to the financial industry. Mr. Lau is a member of the World Council of The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.

Ms. Lee is a partner of Deloitte China assuming various leadership responsibilities. She is a member of Deloitte China Management Team and the secretary to the Deloitte China Governing Board. Ms. Lee is also currently appointed by the Chief Executive of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region as the chairman of the Joint Committee on Student Finance of the Education Bureau and as a member of the Occupational Retirement Schemes Appeal Board.

Mr. Leung is the managing director of Swire Travel Limited. He is currently a member of both the Tourism Strategy Group and the Advisory Committee on Cruise Industry of the Tourism Commission.

Mr. Leung, a certified public accountant, joined Ernst & Young Hong Kong in 1994 on his return from the United Kingdom. Mr. Leung is the Greater China quality & risk management leader of Ernst & Young.

Mr. Li is a fellow of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. He is currently the deputy chief executive of The Bank of East Asia, Limited.

Prof. Lin is the head and a professor of the Department of Accountancy and Law, School of Business in Hong Kong Baptist University.

Prof. Low is presently an associate professor in Corporate Law at The Chinese University of Hong Kong with research interests in corporate governance and the regulatory framework of capital markets. An advocate and solicitor of the High Court of Malaya, he is presently a member of the Securities and Futures Appeals Tribunal and served as a member of the Listing Committee of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited from May 2006 to July 2010.

Ms. Morley is a partner of KPMG. She is also the deputy chairman of the Financial Reporting Standards Committee of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and a member of both the Standing Committee on Company Law Reform and the Financial Reporting Advisory Panel of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited.

Prof. Srinidhi is a chair professor of Accountancy at City University of Hong Kong. He has published extensively in top tier academic journals.

Ms. Tang, a qualified solicitor, is a partner of Baker & McKenzie. She is qualified in Hong Kong, England and Australia. She is also a China Appointed Attesting Officer.

Mr. Tong was the chairman of KPMG China from 2007 to 2011 and the chairman of KPMG ASPAC from 2009 to 2011. He retired from KPMG on 1 April 2011 after serving the firm for 32 years. He is currently a non-executive director of the Securities and Futures Commission. He is also a member of the Exchange Fund Advisory Committee and the MPF Schemes Appeal Board.

Mr. Tsoi is the chief executive officer of Varitronix International Limited, a non-executive director of China WindPower Holdings Limited and an independent non-executive director of Fairwood Holdings Limited, all of which are listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. He was a former deputy chairman of the Listing Committee of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and served on different committees of the Securities and Futures Commission.
