Mr. Allen is an independent non-executive director of Lenovo Group Limited, CLP Holdings Limited and Hysan Development Company Limited. He is formerly a partner of PricewaterhouseCoopers in Hong Kong.
Mr. Roger Thomas Best, J.P.
Mr. Best was a partner of Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu from 1982 until his retirement on 31 May 2010. He was elected as President of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants in 2004 and was appointed to the Financial Reporting Review Panel of the Financial Reporting Council from 2007 to 2010.
Mr. Stephen Chang
Mr. Chang, a certified public accountant, joined Ernst & Young Hong Kong in 1976 and retired as the Deputy Chairman of Ernst & Young Hong Kong SAR and Mainland China in 2003.
Mr. Francis Ching
Mr. Ching, a fellow member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants, joined KPMG in 1977 and retired as the Risk Management Partner of KPMG China (including HKSAR) in 2009.
Honorary Adviser is appointed by the Council to provide advice to the Council and the Audit Investigation Board on investigation cases. He / she has to be a distinguished and reputable individual in the accountancy profession with exceptional expertise in auditing.
