Ir. LEUNG Kwong-ho, Edmund, S.B.S, J.P.

Mr. Leung is the Managing Director of Hsin Chong Construction Group Ltd.  He is also the Chairman of Energy Advisory Committee, Deputy Chairman of the Hong Kong Institute of Directors and a member of the Board of the Airport Authority.

Ms. Angelina Agnes KWAN

Ms. Kwan is the Managing Director of Stratford upon Avon Finance Ltd.  Most recently the Chief Operating Officer for the Cantor Fitzgerald Group of companies in Asia, she was formerly the Director of Supervision of Markets and Director of Enforcement of the Securities and Futures Commission.

 

Ms. Elizabeth LAW, M.H., J.P.

Ms. Law is a Director of Law & Partners CPA Ltd.  She is the Honorary Founding President of the Association of Women Accountants (HK) Ltd., as well as the Vice Chairman of the Environmental Campaign Committee, and a member of Air Transport Licensing Authority, Environment and Conservation Fund Investment Committee and Small and Medium Enterprises Committee.

 

Mr. LO Chi-lik, Peter

A lawyer by profession, Mr. Lo is a partner of Woo Kwan Lee and Lo.  He was the President of the Law Society from 2005 to 2007, and is currently a member of the Hospital Authority and the Council of the Open University of Hong Kong.

 

Mr. PANG Yuk-wing, Joseph, J.P.

Mr. Pang is a Senior Advisor and Former Executive Director and Deputy Chief Executive of the Bank of East Asia.  He is currently serving as a member to the Securities and Futures Appeals Tribunal and Public Service Commission and was formerly a member of the Process Review Panel of the Securities and Futures Commission.

 

Ms. Sophia KAO, S.B.S., J.P. (ex-officio)

Ms. Kao is the Chairman of the FRC. She possesses rich experience in human resources management, and was a lay member of the council of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants from December 2004 to November 2006. She was also the Chairperson of the Women's Commission from January 2006 to January 2012. She is now the deputy chairman of Lingnan University Council and vice chairman of the English Schools Foundation.

 
 

The PRP was established on 1 November 2008 to review cases handled by the FRC with a view to ensuring that the FRC deals with individual cases in a fair and consistent manner, and actions taken and decisions made adhere to internal procedures and guidelines. The establishment of and appointment to the PRP were approved by the Chief Executive of the HKSAR.
