The Corporate Communications Committee formulates policies and strategies on corporate communications for the Council's consideration and oversees the implementation of the strategies approved by the Council.

The Finance Committee reviews the treasury, internal control, and financial and risk management policies and strategies of the Council, and advises the Council on the financial implications of its strategic plans.

The Independent Audit Oversight Reform Committee is established to advise the Council on matters relating to the reform of auditor oversight systems in Hong Kong.

The Operations Oversight Committee assists the Council in formulating policies, strategies, guidelines and procedures which govern the investigation and enquiry functions of the FRC and the review of financial statements under the risk-based financial statements review programme. It also provides advice to the Council and its operational staff on technical or business issues.


Remuneration Committee

The Remuneration Committee makes recommendations to the Council on employment policies, including salary structure, terms and conditions of employment and staff fringe benefits, and annual pay adjustment and variable compensation payable for individual staff members.
